The Lutheran Sports Association of Wisconsin was formed to make a meaningful difference in the lives of kids.

 Vision: 
            With the help and guidance of God, it shall be the purpose of this organization, through its events, tournaments, leagues, and publications, to:

            Expand the opportunities of Lutheran athletic teams to participate in regional, statewide, and national competition.

            Aid Lutheran congregations and schools in the organization, operation, and funding of athletic programs within their congregations.

We do that through a number of different venues.

Signature events like the Tournament of Champions Lutheran Grade School State Basketball Championship and the Lutheran Grade School State Cheerleading Championship.

            Upcoming Events include a Lutheran Grade School State Volleyball Championship and a State Track & Field Championship. Statewide events in Cross Country, Soccer, and Softball are currently under review.

In addition to our statewide signature events the LSA of Wisconsin employs its resources to enhance activities hosted by our State Lutheran Schools. One example of that would be the Professional Church Workers Softball Game and Tailgate at last year’s Lutheran School night at Miller Park.

    We continue to evaluate opportunities to assist Lutheran schools and other ministries. We are not directly affiliated with a particular church body and are respectful to the various practices and traditions of all the Lutheran Synods in the state of Wisconsin.

    The LSA of Wisconsin operates as a not for profit organization and is in the process of organizing the organization as a 501c3.
